Our fully manned Claims Call Centre operates from our Head Office 24 hours daily. Calls received from the clients will connect to our call centre officers and/or adjusters on duty nationwide on behalf of Insurer or Takaful Operator.
Our officers will record the details of the loss, provide immediate assistance and support our clients 24 hours round the clock, 365 days a year. All loss assignments received will be coordinated through our appropriate nationwide branch offices for immediate response.
As part of our value added services, our 24-hour Claims Call Centre may receive loss assignments after normal office hours from 6.00 p.m. onwards to 9.00 a.m. daily. You may contact us at 603-2692 8188 should you need our service.
